Lord Tim Clement Jones is the head of UK Government Affairs, Chairman of its China and Middle East Desks, International Business Relations Partner and Co-Chairman of Global Government Relations.

Tim is the Liberal Democrat Peer and their spokesperson for the Digital Economy in the House of Lords. He is also a renowned member of the Advisory Board of Association of Insurance and Risk Managers in Industry and Commerce (AIRMIC) and Corporate Finance Faculty of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

Our renowned Professor Birgitte Andersen is the advisor to national governments in Europe and including OECD, UN, and WIPO. She is a reputed academician with a doctorate in Economics from the University of Reading (UK), Masters and Bachelors degree in various disciplines.

Birgitte spearheaded BIC as an innovation landscape in the UK and internationally. She teaches Economics and Management of Innovation at the University of London. Her expertise in global business model innovation, intellectual property governance and smart knowledge economies has played a crucial role in BIC thus far. She has been featured in BBC, Al Jazeera, and SKY for her impeccable work in academic journals and government reports.
